Although we hope you love your pieces from Susimust, we know that sometimes it may happen that you are not 100% satisfied.

We want to make this right and so we have a 15 day returns policy for all items purchased on our website.

Conditions for returns:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.
  • Return the item(s) in original packaging.
  • Return must include the original invoice and Returns form, as well as the Return number.

How to return?

  • Please e-mail our Customer Care team at hello@susimust.com and quote your name, order number and list the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Customer Care team will give you a Returns number to add to your Returns form (on the reverse side of your invoice you received with your order). They will also advise where to send the item(s).
  • Fill in the Returns form and add into the parcel with the item(s) you are returning.
  • Close the parcel and send to Susimust with your chosen method of shipment.

What happens after you have sent out your returned item(s)?

  • All returns will be processed within 10 days of us receiving the items.
  • If all is in order, we will refund the cost of your item(s) to the account that was used for the original transaction. We will let you know when the refund has been processed.
  • If item(s) have been sent back outside the 15 day return period or in a condition that indicates the item(s) have been worn/washed in any way (including make-up marks), the return will not be accepted. We will advise you of this and will send the item(s) back to you.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the costs of the return shipping.
  • Returns will need to be shipped to Estonia. Customer Care team will advise the exact address when you contact them to initate the return.
  • We suggest you send your returns out using a recorded shipping method, so you can track the parcel. Susimust cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels.
  • Our Customer Care team might be able to help you with a quicker/cheaper returns shipping. In this case, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the sum of your refund. Please ask for a quote and details when e-mailing our Customer Care team.
  • To make sure your item(s) is eligible for a refund, try your pieces on as soon as possible after receiving the order. Always wear underwear and find a moment when you are not wearing make-up.
